Premier Property Management is a division of Premier LifeStyle Realty with knowledgeable and professional Realtors, Cindy March and Chris Matheson at the helm.  With 10+ years of experience behind them, both Chris and Cindy are well versed in the rental market in Northern Colorado with the added plus of Cindy coming from a custom home building/remodeling background.

ü  Screen prospective tenants using credit reports, background checks, employment/income verification, rental history and pet screening

ü  Prepare, execute and enforce leases

ü  Rent collection via mail, in person or after-hours secure drop box

ü  Accounting for security deposits in an escrow account pursuant to Colorado law

ü  Detailed monthly and yearly owner reports with copies of invoices included for maintenance and repairs as well as timely owner payments and year end 1099 tax filing

ü  24/7 timely response to tenant requests and emergency maintenance and coordination of repairs

ü  Oversee repairs and maintenance by licensed and insured electricians, plumbers and HVAC contractors with no mark-ups on their costs.

ü  On going communication with owners to keep you updated on maintenance and recommendations for your property

ü  Periodic exterior drive-by inspections of the property – up to 6 times per year

ü  Prepare legal notices and coordinate eviction proceedings if/when necessary

ü  Coordinate annual furnace/AC services and filter replacement as well as spring/fall sprinkler turn on/off

ü  Assist owner in the bidding, inspection, reporting and coordination of all remodeling and capital improvements

ü  Trained managers to comply with current Colorado real estate/property management laws, Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act and Lead Based Paint regulations
